Description
Extraordinaire is an one-of-a-kind spectacular new hybrid with light pink buds. It bears cream-coloured flowers with a light pink fringed petals, with a large wine-red, brownish splotch on the upper petals. When in bloom, the flowers turn entirely creamy white in colour, creating an even more striking contrast to the wine-red spots. The foliage is matte green, which turns a brownish-red hue when unfurling. This gives the plant even greater ornamental value.
It is difficult to believe that this plant was cross-bred from a yellow and a purple flower!
It can reach a height of approximately 150cm in 10 years.
